You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

Order Placement

Meal orders must be placed before 8:00 PM for next-day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for delivery the following day.

Delivery

We deliver within specified time windows. While we strive for punctuality, delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Quality Assurance

We maintain high-quality standards, but if you receive a meal that doesn't meet your expectations, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery.

Pricing

All prices are in local currency and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust prices with reasonable notice.

Subscription Billing

Weekly and monthly subscriptions are automatically billed at the beginning of each billing cycle. You can cancel anytime before the next billing date.

Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and other payment options as indicated during checkout.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Order Cancellation

Single orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Meal subscriptions can be cancelled before 8:00 PM for next-day delivery adjustments.

Refund Policy

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: misuse our services, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use our platform for any illegal purpose.

Content Guidelines

You may not submit false, misleading, or harmful content through our platform, including reviews and feedback.

Ownership

All content on our platform, including logos, text, graphics, and meal plans, is the property of The Diet Bull and protected by intellectual property laws.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Diet Bull shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through email or platform notifications.
