📦 Order Cancellation
Meal Subscriptions
You may cancel your meal subscription at any time before 8:00 PM for the next day's delivery. Cancellations after this time will be processed for the following day.
Single Orders
Single meal orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. After this period, orders enter our preparation cycle and cannot be cancelled.
💰 Refund Policy
Subscription Refunds
Weekly and monthly subscriptions are eligible for pro-rated refunds based on unused days. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of cancellation.
Quality Issues
If you receive damaged, incorrect, or poor-quality meals, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. We'll provide a full refund or replacement.
Delivery Issues
For missed or significantly delayed deliveries (more than 2 hours), we offer full refunds or rescheduled deliveries at your convenience.
⏰ Refund Processing
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank/payment method.
Payment Methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase. We cannot process refunds to different payment methods.
🚫 Non-Refundable Items
Customized Meals
Meals customized for specific dietary requirements or allergies are non-refundable unless there's a quality issue.
Promotional Items
Free or promotional items received with orders are non-refundable.

Login to your account and navigate to "My Orders" section to cancel subscriptions or request refunds.
